I don't know who has my address on delivery route but they need to learn how to deliver better. I was home all evening last night. I never heard my doorbell ring or any knocking. They didn't put my packages on the back door like they're supposed to. I found the packages this while taking my dog for a walk. The packages were covered in ants. Not happy at all.

How come your store doesn't have a phone number so I can call to confirm a package is there before leaving work to drive all the way across town to your location for pickup? Also, I left a note on my door for the delivery guy to call because I am never home when he/she comes. I found it crumbled up outside my apartment. Not saying he/she did it, but I don't think it was my neighbor. Real convenient.
