Took my truck to Tod's after the Dealership I bought it from told me to because it was the repair shop that handled the warranty work



after finding out that the repairs were not covered under warranty i went ahead and paid for the repairs out of pocket



Then about 13 days later as i am getting ready to take a long trip out of town ( about 400 Miles each way ) I am driving to the store to fill up the truck and i tap the break to make a turn and the tire and brakes on the opposite side that i had worked on lock up



after climbing under the truck to look i notice that the bolt that secures the Caliper to the Mount is GONE not broke off or anything but gone and the caliper has kicked it's self out and is now rubbing/wedged on the rim and wearing a groove into the rim



good thing i was only going about 5mph and I wasnt going down the road at 50mph or 70mph

Two years ago, my wives car had trouble starting. I would turn the key I'n the ignition and nothing happen. I would tried it again and it would start. I had been a faithful customer of Todds for years so I Took the car to tim. He told me it was the battery, and I would probably need a new one. When I came back that afternoon, I had a $240.00 dollar bill- almost $100 for the battery, $50.00 for installing it, and $80.00 for a diagnostic test after he told me it was a battery. I asked Todd about the diagnostic test and he said he had to make sure it was a battery and that he had to get reimburse for the expensive equipment he had to buy forth shop. I also questioned the $50.00 installation fee when all it take is removing two screws which holds the clamps securing the battery to the car and removing two screws which secure a metal bar acros the top if the battery. I could install the battery I'n ten minutes. Needless to say I haven't been back and have found another repair shop which has been fair to me.

Best auto shop in town. They've always been fair and I've never had to take my car back because something wasn't right after they worked on it.
