I've had one visit with this place and the counselor I went to see was nice. But before I could attend my next appointment, they called and cancelled it saying they'd call me back to reschedule it. I waited and waited, but no call back. So I called to find out when I could see her, they told me they couldn't see me due to insurance issues, which they are listed in my insurance handbook.

They want to refer me to New Horizons, a joke of an organization, to say the least. I think, because I'm a transgender, they won't see me, but I could be wrong ( I doubt it though).
