They arrived in a timely manner and removed the wet flooring fairly quick. The workers were respectful and hard working. However, my entertainment center as damaged when they dragged a hose across the doors. They claimed to have a furniture repairman coming for 2 weeks but no repairman has called to set an appointment. Their followup is much less admirable than their response and repair. One more thing. They took my rugs to be washed. They had them for 2 wekks and when returned-showed no sign of being cleaned. I'm not impressed with them at all other than negatively.

This company came highly recommended from my insurance company, and I could really see why. Their service was excellent, their staff was completely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and reliable
