I called this company to service my Grandfather Clock due to the clock was not keeping accurate time. I needed the clock serviced. I googled for a repairman and his company was the only one available after TIC TOCK closed their business. He came out to my house and took away all the parts in my clock . I told him the last time my clock was serviced, it was done in my home. He stated that it was necessary to take everything in order to service the clock. There were no damages on my weights or pendulum when he took them away and he did not mention seeing any damages. . This repairman took my pendulum, weights, and clock, and brought back old dented up, scratched up parts from another clock and installed in my grandfather clock. I was busy with another project when he came to reinstall my clock parts. Immediately, after observing that he did not install the clock that he took away, I called him to confront him about the matter. He told me that he installed what he took. Secondly, the clock is worst off now than it was prior to getting it serviced. The clock does not work and has not worked since he put in the clock parts he wanted me to have. In fact, parts begin to fall where the pendulum should have been housed. I bought my clock brand new in 1986 and had it shipped from Germany. I took care of my clock, it was not hard to recognized that he stole my clock. My clock parts was in mint condition. The pendulum was the only problem, due to the pendulum dropped to the bottom of clock cabinet and became stuck. There were no scratches, dents, blemishes etc. on any of the items taken from my home. I will never recommend this man to anyone. He is a thief. I would suggest if customers use him, please do not allow him to take away your clock without some kind of accountability of what he is taking. (pictures, an inventory stating the condition of your property prior to leaving.)

No one here that is good at repairing clocks. No one in Columbus that I would trust with my clocks so I ship them out of town for repairs to places that have a good reputation. You can review them on the internet and ship them out by Fed Ex or equivalent shipper where they will pack your clock for you so it won't get damaged.
