I went to visit this center today (June 8, 2016) and witnessed the worst situations! A class for my 1 year old full of complete chaos and unorganized! 1 kid on top of a book shelf, and the other pulled the fire alarm. As we had to evacuate the building, some kids didn't have on shoes! Its 93° and the kids were sitting on the hot sidewalk in the from parking area. One of the workers kept using her foot to make a toddler stand up by pushing him with her foot on his butt!!!! Then as they are bringing the kids inside, one of the toddlers leg was too short to climb the sidewalk, this same workers put the toddler she was holding on the hot concrete to get the kid over the sidewalk and pulled her by the arm!!! I was at a loss for words! My child has never been to a daycare and after what I witnessed today.....I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

So disappointed in this daycare. First they put a different baby's bottle in my daughter's bag which is monogrammed. The next day she was sick which makes me think they let her drink out of that bottle. It was a completely different brand of bottle and even had another child's name on it. Then when she moved up to baby 2 room she had diaper rash the FIRST DAY. She is 8 months old and only had diaper rash once with me... She goes to this room and gets it the first day. And it wasn't a mild rash it was so bad she had blisters and they were bleeding. When I told them they said "she didn't have a diaper rash" and when I asked why was desitin on her they said they put it on as a preventitive measure. Also they wrote they changed her at 5:30 when I picked her up at 5:15 so they scratched it out And put 5:15. They are liars and neglectful of children. Please don't take your child here.

Puddle Jumpers is a disgrace of what you would call a Christian Academy. I was a little skeptic to even take my daughter there after reading a review of what they told me was just a disgruntled former employee but now I can honestly say all those reviews are true! They claim to be sanitary but my daughter kept getting sick from hand foot and mouth because of this facility! They didn't even notify other parents until something was said to them because it was very unprofessional to not even let others know they had an outbreak going on. I withdrew my daughter because I was afraid for her health after losing 10 pounds because she kept getting hand foot and mouth from this facility. I did not pay the 2 week withdrawal that they ask for because I considered the contract I signed null and void since they lied about how sanitary they were. Not only did they have the nerve to lie to me about that, they also lied to BBB after I filed a complaint against them. They lied and said my daughter was the first and only to have had it. They are full of liars just like the review said. Granted some people working there take exceptional care of your children that still does not excuse the liars leading and owning this place and their unsanitary issues. I will stop ranting now but just know that if you were half the Christian you all claim to be then you definitely know this business will NEVER prosper in the end.

I had nothing bad to say about this business prior to withdrawing my son from this business due to our move out of town. The staff were always nice and professional. The teachers in my son's awesome. However, the owner or whoever handles the finances is very backstabbing and nasty. I contacted the business on more than one occasion due to withdrawing my son and I was still backhanded. Very unprofessional way to handle business!



It's sad how good some people can put up front and towards the end, their true colors come to the light. Sad.

Owners are very nasty and backstabbing. I feel sorry for the teachers who work for them.

For the prices they charge you would think the staff would be more professional and neatly dressed. No, they are sloppy and lazy. My children remained ill while there and no one took my daughter's temperature until I requested that they do so when I picked her up after work. She had two ear infections at different times while there and the entire day no one took her temperature. I could tell she was clammy and ill when I got there yet she was just running around with the other kids. My son was ill as well with numerous skin infections all over his body and horrible yeast infections in his diaper area the whole time. when I took my kids out they refused to give me back ANY of the supplies I brought up there, including medications for my son. Once I removed them from here, they were no longer ill and we did not return to the doctor for 5 months unless for routine checkups..... that says a LOT. The place isn't clean and the workers are lazy, including management.

My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost 10 months. This was our first daycare experience and our daughter started when she was 21 months old. It was quite an adjustment for her but the staff at puddle jumpers helped so much. They welcomed her with open arms, called me 3 times her first day to let me know how she was doing. Laurie the owner is amazing. She truly cares about the families and their children. When we walk in, everyone knows our daughter and always greets us. The classrooms are clean, they work on potty training and our daughter has learned so much. She is now 2 and a half saying her abc's, speaking in sentences, knows her colors and is working on using the potty. Her teachers have become our family since we are military. I am not sure why a disgruntled employee would leave a review over the management. I recommend puddle jumpers to all my friends :). My daughter wakes up every morning wanting to go to school.

That's a shame that these people would give this daycare all stars!!!People can write what they want to write I guess!!! From my time of employment I have to say the the person that responded to this page about the management is true!!! I don't want to seem so negative but its the truth.Management is horrible and I must say AMY put Ms. Vangue name on this page but yet she baisically sucked up to her and her lil friend on a daily basis!!! All they did was move to what I here is going to be an AWESOME DAYCARE!!!EVERYONE was aware that MS.Vangue was leaving and where she was going including her PARENTS. Thank god I wasn't a favorite! I don't think this person was talking negative about the employees,I just think they're doing a lot of people a favor and letting the public knows how unprofessional the management is and what the employees go through there!! Anytime the owner shows her underwear and pulls up her shirt in the the hallways then that's a problem!!! I promise you if you took a survey on the employees past and current you will get the same information on management from everybody BUT management and their friends!! I hope the management at both centers get on the PUDDLE JUMPERS BUSES and go take up some MANAGEMENT classes ASAP!!!Maybe you guys would not have to do extra things to get your attendance to where it needs to be!!! MY advice to you is learn how to treat you EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES and your turnovers in TEACHERS and KIDS would not be so bad!! I don't blame you guys for getting you friends on her to speak highly of your centers. I must admit that was very smart!!!!!!!!!!!!GOOD LUCK in the FUTURE!!!!!

I think that puddle Jumpers and Puddle Jumpers too are an exceptional place to have your children. former employees should keep their mouths shut. Just because an employee had a problem doesnt mean everyone has a problem with the daycare. A lot of times employees leave on bad terms, even if they didnt have a bad experience. The kids are taken well care of and there is a great atmosphere there. The owner and all the teachers put the children first on their list and love them all. Peoples personal lives have no affect on how they run their business, and it is no business of anyone else but their own. This is a great place to put your children at and know and trust that they will be loved and taken care of.

My twins have been attending since I first went back to work. They were 8 weeks old at the time. They are now 7 months and have been taken care of almost as well as if I had done it myself! I feel that the teachers truly love my babies and care for them in a way that only the most loving of individuals would. Any time I may have had a concern, I took it straight to the owner or director and it was taken care of immediately. I would highly reccommend this center to anyone that really cares where their kids go to learn and play while mom and dad can't be with them!

This place is as BAD as the Growing ROOM!!!! I have worked for BOTH and i must say!!!The management at GROWING ROMM IS BETTER and TEACHERS!!!THe OWNER is SOOO PHONY!!!! She fronts so hard for the parents its pittyful!!!She treats her EMPLOYEES like crap and her best friend whom I might add is the SO CALL DIRECTOR!!!!THE Owner has her crying almost every other day!!!Whether its about how she looks or about NOT lying to the parents!!!!The OWNER greets her Employees by saying "WHAT"S UP MY B******!!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!SHE IS 42 and pregnant and EVERYONE INCLUDING the PARENTS know about her "BABY DADDY"!!!THIS center has been opened only a year and 40 employees have left and only 3 of them may have been fired!!!But was able to get UMENPLOYMENT!!!Not to mention, she acts as if she is so crazy about the kids in the center BUT the minute a teacher askes for her help in their class if she is there,she laughs!!!She ONLY comes in the rooms to talk about her life with JIM her new BABY DADDY!!!THIS owner REALLY is something else!!!SHE TREATS HER EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAP!!!!She comes off like this GREAT INNOCENT lady but ONCE your in YOUR NOTHING to her!!!!OH YEAH!!!!TO show her APPRECIATION,she tells you that your a TEAM PLAYER because you have worked almost 12 hours with a 30 minute lunch break,BUT when you get your check Either your hours R messed up or your check bounce!!!!NEVER CASH HER CHECKS AT YOUR OWN BANK!!!!SHE IS A LOUD MOUTH WHO TRIES TO INTIMIDATE HER EMPLOYEES!!!
