To begin, the products they use for acrylic nails are substandard and cause major lifting (at least on my nails). When I went in for a fill, the guy (who sits in the very front of the salon) said I needed a new set because there were so many lines in my nails from the fills before. Then he proceeded to tell me there was a charge for him to remove the nails. When I politely (honestly) asked him why he was charging me when it was not my fault they were lifting and then I asked if they had any other type of acrylic that wouldn't lift so bad, he raised his voice at me reiterating the price and refusing to waive the fee of removing them. I asked him, again politely, to not raise his voice or get ugly with me, he stood up and shouted at me to leave. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SALON AGAIN. If you care about customer service at all or simply believe that a customer should be treated with respect, you will not go to this salon either. Help me take a stand against poor customer service by spreading the word about this salon. Unfortunately there may be some good people there, but one bad seed ruined this entire salon for me. With NUMEROUS salons in the area, there is no need to go somewhere to be berated by the people that you are paying to provide you a service.
