HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I went there at the end of June. I knew the lady had messed up my hair, but I hadn't realized how bad it actually was until yesterday when my friend went to fix it for me. She messed it up soo bad that I have to wait until it grows out another 3-4 inches. I went in to let them know what had happened, and possibly get a refund... The lady (Brandy) was so rude to me, wouldn't even look at the hack job that was done on my hair, and then threatened me. I am 8mo pregnant. She said "Don't make me clock out, and make you repeat what you just told me, so I can take care of it myself." We called the manager (Michelle), and she just told us to call corporate. Not only did they mess up my hair (after I had showed them a picture and explained how to cut it)... She sent me out of the store with a piece of hair that was 1 1/2" longer than the rest of my hair AFTER SHE STRAITENED IT, then she OVERCHARGED me (56$), BUT when we checked out bank statement yesterday the person who had done my hair wrote herself in a tip. If you want a cheap ($) haircut GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
