I gave one star because although my nails are very cute, The customer service was horrible, for one the man who did my moms pedicure & manicure was rude, she tried smiling at him and he just kept a straight face with no personality. He was rubbing the crap out of her arm when putting on lotion and threw the menu & the ticket (when she paid) several times at her. My eyebrows were on fleek until I got home & noticed they were swollen and broke out with bumps and a layer of skin was tore off, the next day I woke up and it was still swollen and bumpy. My mom also got her eyebrows done and specifically asked the lady to make it look natural and be trimmed & clean, that did not happen, the lady removed most of my moms eyebrows. I do not recommend this "establishment" customer service was horrible, they do not take their time, they talk across the shop,,, just not a good nail salon.

Very rude! I have feet that are not in the best shape and the he lady kept making jo s and remarks about my feet to other people. She didn't talk to me at all unless it was to make a rude comment.

I love this place!! It's clean, there's never a long wait. They have like 20 pedicure chairs I've been going for 3 years and they do a very good job with gel polish. Always last 3 weeks on my nails.

If this is the infinity nails behind Steak n Shake I've had awesome experiences

I will never go back to this place again. I got a full set of acrylic nails and the next day they were yellow. I went back the next day and made them fix them and they didnt even apologize and when he fixed them they looked worse than before. I have had them for a week and they are already coming up on the sides and look awful! Dont go here!

This is the filthiest place I have seen in my life, Dirty towels are in the floor. The foot rest of the was covered in dirt on both sides. The towel covered it very well, the stool the man was sitting on had cob webs on it. The building was so hot, seems like the Ac was not working. On the way out I looked in the foot tubs, some were still full of dead skin from the former client. This is disgusting and I will never go back. The 15.95 coupon was not worth it for me. As for the workers, UHHH not so good either. It is one you have to decide for yourself. NOT ME
