We got new windows last year and I have to say, WOW, what crap we received. Low quality glass, bad soundproofing, windows are stuck already, you have to paint them. I literally paid $440 for a window that was no better than the builder quality grade I had. The salesman had me for a trick telling me I got a high grade wood window. GARBAGE. I will never ever shop there again.
