I would give them a zero star if I can. The absolute worst decision I’ve ever made to my property at Ft Benning. The most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with, it’s extremely stressful dealing them not answering emails, or calls while on deployment. The tenant moved out I had to call them once a week for three months to do repairs on my house, supposedly $1250 deposit spend and my house was still in bad conditions. MILITARY STAY AWAY the 2% you save isn’t worth the headache

I can only assume that they did not do a background check when they put a tenant into our home. In the end, the tenant abandoned our home within three months and caused over $6,500 worth of damage that we had to repair ourselves. Not only that, we had to call to remind them almost every month to send the rent and they skimmed some money off the top in the end. They did an 'inspection' but they did not inspect what I had asked them to. After talking with friends, I discovered that I am not the only person that has had problems with them and they do this all of the time. Stay away from this company!!!!!!
