love this place...have used many different stylists. they are very personable and professional. they make sure to understand what you want and also give great suggestions.

My mother went to the location off of gateway. She said the lady, I believe her name was sandy, did a bad job cutting her hair! She did not layer it right at all.. even messed up her bangs. Took a large chunk out the side of her hair. She does not know how to cut long hair very well. She said that the lady was nice & all but as far as the services she will not be a returning customer.

Do not use the big blonde headed girl with facial piercings. She does not kno how to cut hair!!

I've been going there for years - since they opened. Great stylists there, which is not always the case for these walk in salons. Clean salon and good people! Mgmt is great!
