Just wanted to post something quick and say this place is great! Everything from the the world class coaching of Master Cha to the constant motivation from the other coaches and students. I've been pushed to my limits, but there is always a voice coming from someone around motivating me to push it harder. There is something special about that I can't quite describe. I only wish I wouldn't have waited so long to sign up!

Very professional staff, training facility is always clean and in order, the kids program has helped 2 of my children excel in school from average students to honor roll for one and straight A's for the other, also has raised discipline at home and excelled to highest level in other sports...... I would highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to start martial arts, or continue to advance to higher levels of jiu jistsu or Muay Thai kickboxing

With a heavy emphasis on character development this martial arts school is nothing like anything I have seen. The process from the beginning is very professional and they take extreme care of you. As soon as we walked in they knew who we were and greeted us. We had a private intro and the instructor was phenomenal! I couldn't believe how the instructor was able to keep my child's focus during the whole class... We were able to try an actual class the next day and all I can say is WOW... there had to be at least 60 kids on the mat. The instructor to student ratio was amazing! Every instructor made sure the student received attention. We signed up directly after the class and havn't looked back... They teach these children so much more than martial arts! My child has received so much confidence, discipline, respect, and focus! It's been an amazing experience and I would recommend it to anyone!

Before I signed up my daughter, I checked out pretty much every martial arts program in the Columbus area. CMMA was the most impressive and definitely worth the price with well lit and organized sparring and training areas, disciplined, well spoken, friendly, and professional instructors. She will be taking her first belt test this weekend and she is so excited. Most activities have trouble holding her attention but not this place. She loves going to class. Very pleased with their program.

Enrolling our son at Columbus Martial Arts Academy has been a life improving experience for our son and our family. M's behavior at home, at school, at church and in all activities has improved with the discipline, respect, self-control and self-confidence he as learned and gained as a result of his martial arts classes. M attended the Summer Camp program and it was the best summer he has had so far. We look forward to his continued success and growth with the help of Columbus Martial Arts.

Columbus Mix Martial Arts is the best thing for anyone and age trying to get in shape. The programs for the kids are the best and the coaches take a real internist in getting to know the kids and helping them learn skills for in and out of the gym. The Muay Thai class is just the thing for a quick great workout and a great way to relief stress from a long day at work.

When I first join Columbus Martial Arts Academy, I was looking for something to do after a stressful day at work with army. CMA was just that thing. It was reset button after having a hard day. I went from 230 pounds to 185 pounds. My instructor were very welcoming and always helping me strive toward my goals of weight loss. The goal is changing people lives and that's just what they do. I couldn't ask for a better place to train and learn, from stepping on the mats six years ago as a student to stepping on the mats as a full time instructor has truly been life changing. This a amazing place for kids and adults to train.

I've been training martial arts since I was five years old. When I moved back to Columbus, finding a good martial arts school was at the top of my to-do list. The community I found at Columbus Martial Arts is unlike any martial arts school I have attended in the past.The classes and instructors are top notch, the facilities are clean and well-equipped, and the staff is very helpful and approachable. It is a true ego-free zone and is full of both students and staff members looking improve themselves and their training partners each day.



I have been training at Columbus Martial Arts Academy since July 2013 and I can truly say that the community here is like a second family to me. I see lives change on a daily basis and I'm proud to be a part of it initially as a student and now as an instructor and permanent staff member. I see the benefits of martial arts training in myself everyday both on and off the mat. I feel more confident, I am better able to focus on tasks at hand, and my life is more structured because of my study of martial arts.

Ever since i joined Columbus Martial Arts Academy my life has grown so much. Even with prior experience I still felt nervous about walking in. The staff was very nice in greeting me and making me feel right at home. The friends that I gained there are life long friends that really have a deep passion for martial arts.

The coaching and staff are very professional in every aspect. Not only have I received confidence and self esteem for myself, but also had the chance to meet people that would later become my mentors that I respect very well. The mentor-ship that I receive from the professional instructors has changed my life tremendously. I told my sisters about this academy and now both of my nephews 10 & 7 are enrolled in this academy and are excelling at a very fast rate; from martial arts all the way to their school work. Their grades have went from C's to all A's in just 2 months. The professional tutors they have for their after school program have helped them so much in school that they cant wait to go to school the next day. The confidence and the work ethic that my nephews have now is something that will help them in future when they start middle and high school. Thank you Columbus Martial Arts Academy.

Not impressed. I inquired of pricing beforehand and never got any quotes. They appear to 'always' be running the month free special to 'get you in the door'. Don't bother bringing your child if you're not able to 'pay for what you'd be getting' which I was told to be $600 deposit "covering registration and uniform" then a monthly price of $149-169 for only two days per week. This was for my 3rd grader by the way.



Needless to say that after having to inform them of the rates being to high for me I was told "to keep looking for what I can afford and know that (again) I'd be paying for what I'd get" this being said without honoring the free trial.



He had to pull out a book to flip to a certain rate page, which lets me know different people pay different rates at different times.



The receptionist/scheduler told me that thier current special to waive the $300 fee was better than the free month. So right there the numbers weren't in-sync. I will be going elsewhere offering the same basic fundamentals.



over all biggest disappointment was the lack of "HONORING their ADVERTISEMENT"
