I had great experience due to Andy and Shawn. They answered all questions before a price was even discussed and were very patient.

They sell great trucks, and a great place to buy them at! I've bought 2 trucks in 6 months and 3 in the last 2 years, and I will never buy a new truck any where else. And they give away yeti coolers too!

Great Place to Buy A Car. I will never go to another dealership

I traded my truck in on a car. I was promised I would be able to talk to the previous owner because of the modifications on the car to see what was done. It has been over 4 months and I have gone up there and called several times and they are not helpful at all. They continue to lie and say they will do it and it is not happening. I also told my sales rep I left something in my truck, I could see it looking in the window under the seat but they "lost" the keys so he couldnt open it and told me to come back. When I did the truck was gone and he said my belongings were not under the seat even though I could clearly see them. This was the 45th vehicle I have bought, my fiance bought from them within weeks and was also lied too. I have stopped 3 people from going there to buy and will make it my mission to continue to do so. My fiance bought her car and when she went to buy it they gave her a locksmith key without keyless, Tim told her they "lost" the keys and had this made. Alex in financing told us they will get us they keys with the keyless entry so dont worry about it. It has been 3 months and they have not done so or returned calls to either of us to do these things. In conclussion we are going to buy another vehicle here shortly and will not even think about going back or buying from any other Carl Gregory Dealership. I highly suggest everyone stay away from these people, they do bad business and dont keep there word.

The salesmen are very professional, polite and proficient in their trade. I Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a automobile.

They say a job takes longer than it actually does to be money, they have ridiculous attitudes, and hung up on me, never will I go there again
