I've been seeing Dr. Yank for 5 years and he's been a real lifesaver. I've spent many hours in that waiting room without witnessing any unprofessional or unusual behavior by the office staff, and am utterly baffled by negative reviews to the contrary. I certainly haven't ever seen them laugh at patients or "flirt with doctors".

I agree that appointments can run behind schedule: mine are usually 30-60 min late. However, this isn't due to "understaffing" - Dr. Yank actually gives a damn about his patients, and is always willing to spend as much time talking to them as they need. I'm surprised people complain about this: he could certainly increase revenue by shuffling people through his office at a faster rate.

Not Family Therapy

Tried several therapists for several years at this facility. None utilized methods to include parents of minor or provide strategies to improve family function as requested at outset. Best interface came from medicine administrator. Overall a Disappointing experience.
