Dan and his team did some fiberglass repair and repaint on the rear of our Class A motorhome. They did a great job, paint has high gloss just like the factory clear coat and the color matches well. The job was done in a reasonable time frame for fair price.

Need advice on what to do. Everyone knows I have a Mustang project that I have been working on for about 3 years. It is about done. However I ran into a snag with the paint last year we got the car back from the body shop and had it for a couple month then the paint started to lift "Winkle" in several spots. I reported this the the body shop. They said they would look at it and take care of it. Since then I sent the car to Procar Associates to get it tunes and other items taken care of. I got it back in Feb and had the owner of Flat Line Collision in Columbia station come over and look at it. He said he would take care of it and it would only take 3 weeks. I dropped it off in the beginning of April. Last week I called him, left a voicemail asking if the car will be ready to be picked up by Friday so I could have it for the Blue Suede cruse show. He called me back in about an hour yelling at me and saying just to come get it.

I went to get in on Thursday last week, got to the shop and no one was there I called the owner NO ANSWER & NO Return Call. I called one of his workers THANK GOD he responded and came up and helped me load the car.

The car was sent to Flat Line Collision to fix wrinkling of the paint caused by poor prep work. The wrinkling was on both fender, Roof and back qtrs. I asked him to get the Hood fixed so it will close & to fix a couple dent I caused on the roof.

I got the car back in pieces with the Roof painted the wrong color, Fenders with runs in it. Several crack of the paint on the trim, Tail light corner pieces looked like they have been smashed, Hood had chips in it.

In my opinion I was not pushy and gave them more than double the time to fix it based on his 3 week estimate.

What would you do in this case.

Attached are pictures before (car almost complete assembled) and after the way I got it back in pieces and painted the wrong color.

The last picture is one of the spots of wrinkles that I mentioned above.

STOP, Do not go here as you'll be they don't stand behind work. They give excuses more than answers or satisfaction. BBB rating is BS

This business is more concerned about quantity of work and getting the next job as opposed to QUALITY of their work on your vehicle/rv. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Dan has a real talent for body work and repair . Take your family car or muscle car there and get top notch work at a fair price

Very honest people. They do not try to have you repair items that are not necessary. Prompt service within 24 hours of estimate. I would bring any of my cars to this business. Beat a car dealer anyday. Personal and excellent service. Stand by the work they do.
