Had an ac unit installed in 2004 and s furniture in 09. Both units were professionally installed. Had a problem with the manufacturer of the furnace in 19. Don came out after a question, spent well over 3 hours helping solve the problem. Did not charge a dime!! He also checked the 15 year old ac and topped off the refrigerant. Again at no cost. I offered him $100 and wouldn't accept it. That is Service. Hard to find these days. Adding a room and will need a larger ac unit. Guess who will get the job! A true blessing to know people like Don are in my area

Referred by our appliance insurance company. We called MANY TIMES and they NEVER called back. Horrible. Call someone, anyone else!

Don from D&R is wonderful. He came recommended by a friend, and gave us a quote significantly less than any of the other companies we considered. As new, first-time homeowners, we were clueless when it came to replacing a furnace, and could have easily been taken advantage of. But Don, salesman and technician, answered all of our concerns. His workmanship is wonderful, and our old bulky furnace was replaced by a quiet, new high-efficiency furnace. That dark corner of our basement doesn’t look so scary and ready to explode anymore. He was even willing to walk us through a completely unrelated issue we were having with another appliance. When our air conditioner goes, I will certainly give Don a call again. Thank you!
