Provider was supposed to come out to do yet another service call for the substandard equipment and installation provided by his company.



The appointment was made 2 weeks ago to fix their broken equipment that repeatedly has the same issues. Specifically the projector screen that wont come down and cant come down manually. So again we spent 2 weeks without projector capability waiting on their expedient service. Keep in mind this is a conference room for Moncrief Army Community Hospital where we brief high ranking officers on a daily basis. And since this is something "only his technicians can do" we are just out of luck until they fix it.



We had an appointment scheduled for 21 August. His secretary called this morning stating that they could come today at 2pm if that was ok. We agreed. She did state that the tech would be coming from another call and may run a few minutes late. I canceled a 2pm meeting for this appointment. At 230pm I called the secretary because no one had yet shown up and I had received no phone call. His secretary said she would give them a call and find out the status. I then received a very hostile call from the owner Brian Fisher stating he wanted to talk to me about a conversation I just had with his secretary.



He then went on to explain to me that when they schedule appointments it's an hour window for them to show up, meaning between 2 and 3pm. I stated his secretary said nothing like this and he basically called me a liar and hung up the phone. This was one of 3 times he hung up on me.



Through this whole ordeal the owner was very rude and disrespectful stating how he didn't need our business and he was not in the military. I have never experienced such a brash and offensive vendor in over 15 years of working with contractors.



In addition to the horrific customer service, the quality of work is unbelievably bad. This work was completed by his establishment prior to my arrival here. His equipment is constantly breaking to include TV monitors that have yet to be replaced. This is after telling us it was a bad cable that cost several hundred dollars, that once we replaced still didn't work. Then he recommended replacing the monitor. We agreed to replace the monitor and he never brought the estimate to do it. In the mean time we hooked it up to another system and it works fine. It is his system that is the problem.



I highly discourage any company from doing business with this establishment. It will save you time and money in the long run.
