Afternoon staff saved the experience

I went into this store in the am to find a few items for the large breed I just adopted. The morning staff was not friendly nor helpful. I had never had an experience like this at any pet store before. I sat at the counter to ask for assistance and the one lady sat on her cell phone while the other just kinda looked at me. I finally just asked my question instead of offering me advice where to go they said nope we don't have that then she proceeded to talk to the other lady. I went to leave and a lady bringing in new animals dropped a box and said s&*% right in front of my toddler. Very unprofessional in front of kids. I left there swearing not to go back. Unfortunately I had to get my dog a collar so I returned that afternoon and was worried but the staff was different they were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful!! If it were not for them I dont think I'd go back. I was surprised how different the staff was. They need to show the others how to be helpful and professional. I hope the next time I go in they will be helpful if I encounter the same people if not I think I will find another place to do business with.
