Why is there not a 10 star option?! loved my experience! They were very polite, friendly, quick, and informative! All of the employees are super friendly and willing to answer any questions! I came here for my first piercing and was so nervous! They all said it was normal and talked me through each step to make sure I was completely comfortable! They talk you through the whole procedure and are completely willing to do anything to make you feel as comfortable as possible! There was barely any pain and it was just completely a WONDERFUL overall experience! I recommend Immaculate to any and everyone!

OMG! I love Immaculate! The staff is friendly, professional, and very informative. I am addicted to piercing because of this place. Sarah is a wonderful piercer. Cannot rave enough about how much I have liked her work. I have gotten 4 piercings in a two-month period. haha. I plan on going back and getting more! Definitely check it out if you are looking for a quality piercing in a clean environment! :o)

I had my navel pierced at Immaculate last month and it was great. I had it done last year at this other place in town (on Beltline) and they really messed it up. When I went to Immaculate I was really nervous about having it done again. But this place is totally different.it was super clean and the people there were really nice and they seemed to know what they were talking about. The girl who pierced me was really nice too and she made me calm and relaxed. The piercing just pinched for a second and that was it.i was so happy i hugged her! i'll never go anywhere else! Immaculate is awesome.
