Don't move here unless your parents are willing to shell out a ton of money when you move for all the "repairs" that have to be made. This place is running a scam in areas that are heavily populated by college students and fining them for everything known to man whle they live there and after they move. Read reviews from other states. It's everywhere. There's even a review from a former employee who said they would get bonuses when tenants moved out for the amounts of money they could clip them for repairs. You will be paying to recarpet, repaint, and replace things that don't even need replacing. If you try to contact corporate, they will never answer your calls or e-mails. Take my advice, find an apartment with a reputable company, because this isn't it!
