2 stars if any at all. This authorized dealer of Goodman HVAC should have known better than to mix units. Mr Romani charged me to do installation of his mess and told me to call someone else to fixed my unit. Mr. Romani started repairs on this unit less than 60 days after his installations.

Mr. Romani of Cool Crafters HVAC stated before a Judge that he wants to correct his mess for more greenback. Perhaps, that is why he is going "green".. for more of your money.

I have always had great service from Javed. We had been having repairs at least once a year on a 6 year old unit (the company that installed the unit kept finding problems). On the first visit, Javed found the problem. Now we see him for service and cleaning. Javed is the most honest person.

Quick and polite and did a good job. Was honest, explained everything, and save me money. Will definitely use them again.

We've had Cool Crafters service our AC units for the past several years and have been very pleased. When faced with replacing the unit, they advised me towards the most cost effective solution.



When our AC stopped working on Saturday night, they showed up shortly after I called on Sunday morning and had it back up very quickly.

Cool Crafters repaired my A/C unit this summer, and I was very pleased with their service. It was refreshing to find a repairman who was honest, explained everything, and even tried to save me money.

They came out to service my unit. They spent over two hours checking out the A/C unit and thought the drip pan switch was bad. Upon further testing, it was determined to be a connection problem. He did not charge me for the replacement switch. He also will come back in two weeks to check on the drainage problem. Will definitely use them again.
