Purchased display shoes at a discount. Shoes were missing a rhinestone and had reddish substance was at shoe liner but was assured by the sales person the originally priced 149.00 shoes were in great shape and discounts are not generally given. Wore 1 hour and both liners came out of the shoes. After discussion with the store manager so they would hopefully not to sell merchandise like this to anyone else...and let me stress I did not ever mention or request a refund...I was met with defensiveness and told it was my fault for purchasing the shoes in the first place. Really?!? Even worse the exact same shoes were in their window on display with the liners actually coming up on both heels and the manager grabbs them out of the window and states "this happens when they leave them on the sun too long" so she was fully aware of the severity of the defects possible for these shoes and did not care. No concern for quality, the customer and no accountability. Will not shop there again.

Had a really bad experience here and the prices were all about $300 more than surrounding formal shops for the same exact dresses. Also, the dresses my daughter tried on had zippers torn loose and multiple loosened stones.
