Kelly was super friendly, came to our home the day we called, and didn't make us feel embarrassed for being scared of the bat in our house. :) He did an inspection, discussed the issues with us, and then fixed many of the problems that same day! We were extremely relieved to have Kelly come and help us deal with the bat issue. He was very reasonably priced and told us he is available to come back if we need him to!
Overall, it was a great experience (for a pretty unpleasant circumstance).
