The staff is friendly and professional. After the first visit, it takes me about an hour from walking in to walking out. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is because of their slight disorganization. Some of the staff doesn't seem knowledgeable or if they fully know what they're doing. Twice I've gone in, answered all the questions, took the tests, had my finger pricked, only to be turned down for unrelated reasons (too early, scratch on arm, etc). Waste of 30-45 minutes, both times. I rarely have this issue, which is why I give them 4/5. My only suggestion would be for them to train every staff member on the fine details and to check the frequency of my visits BEFORE submitting me to teats. Overall good place, and easy money though!

First time donator reporting - had attempted to donate plasma in another city/state and was scared off by the staff and clients haha. Staff was really friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I was a difficult/naive patient, but everything worked out fine because I was in good hands :) [Sidenote: The payment card can cut you (financially) if you aren't careful - easier to just withdraw the full balance at your earliest convenience than pay fees for each transaction.]

Been doing it 4 over 7 years now and they r all great there. They r picky about the credentials BC they have to b. Its just verification. If u need extra money then they r the place to go for it. New donors get $50 ur first 2 visits. Go donate :-)

Do NOT go to this place, I went there today to try and donate me. They turned my down cause my mediacom bill was 31 DAYS PAST BILLING. If it were yesterday they would have been happy to accept it but today? OMG ITS 1 DAY PAST 30, WE CAN'T ACCEPT YOU. Now I'm gonna get kicked out of my apartment for not having rent. Thanks a lot Plasma Biological Services Inc.
