Easy stop off I 70. Food was delicious. We had their carnita special with rice and beans and also enchiladas. The sauces they served, hot and mild, had a wonderful flavor. We also had their salsa, and it was good, too. Google maps had us a little confused on how to get there. We had to drive an extra block down. It's across from the chevy car lot. Taking time to find it was worth it.

Carlito's is a small, hole in the wall place. However, once inside, you will find yourself in a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The food is absolutely amazing. If you are a pork lover, try the Carnitas Taco for 99 cents. A soft, buttery corn tortilla stuffed with pork steak and topped with Carnitas sauce, cilantro and onions. They are small but they pack a big punch. If you want some beans and rice to go along, order the Daily Special which is also under 6.00 dollars. Of course, the place offers burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas and mucho more. When you stand on by the counter, you can even watch them cook your food. Everything is handled professionally and quick. It can immediately be seen that everything is made fresh, nothing is ever frozen. The Carlito's crew are some of the nicest people around and they will make sure you are satisfied.Carlito's Cabo is definitely my favorite mexican food in town.
