My haircut was fine, but the color was hideous. I went in to get my roots touched up (brunette to blonde), and they actually died my roots DARKER than they were when I came in. The opposite of what I asked for. The color looked like it was just randomly slapped on - big chunky splotches of dark here, blonde spots there. It was really terrible. When I asked for a refund for the color portion of my visit, I was told they have a "strict no refund policy". So no matter how badly they butcher your hair, you're stuck paying for it. They offered to try fix it, but I do not want them anywhere near my head again. I have a strict "I don't pay for what I didn't receive policy" , so I will be disputing the charge with my bank. If I could give them zero stars I would.
