Staff are rude and unprofessional. Also expect to wait at least an hour to be seen. They also don't bother to answer the phone.

I'm a recently retired teacher who's been using this lab three times in the last four months. The environment is very unprofessional and unfriendly each time, but I'll report my most recent experience. It happened today. I needed to ask a question related to my insurance, and I was kept at the window for longer than 5 minutes while the receptionist was either away from the desk or ignored me. Once she turned to me with her sourpuss demeanor and her low, almost inaudible and robotic voice, she didn't explain, but just repeated one word until I, thankfully, was able to interpret it. The lady who drew my blood was also inattentive and unwilling to make an effort to be pleasant. She had trouble finding my vessels, sticking me, at length, in both arms (very rare occurrence in the past). She left me with two huge and still sore bruises. I don't think I'll patronize that office -and hopefully your labs-any longer.

In my opinion, staff extremely unprofessional. Staffs voice was loud and shouting, and demanding to patients and staff members would roll their eyes at patients.



In one instance, I witnessed staff demand patient to enter the lab without helping the struggling elderly patient with her cane through the door.



It took almost an hour to be seen.

I personally was very disappointed. Its not like this place is a free clinic.
