Provided by YP.comsomewhat inept, customer rep was sneezing and wheezing, poor people skills.
What should have taken 10-15 minutes turn into 45 minutes of frustration. I was picking up a 5 gallon electric fountain that I had reserved on line. Would have to be desperate to use them again.

Provided by YP.comMy order was incorrect and they were unreliable. Instead of resolving the issues they became hostile. I would not use them again.
