We rented our home out for 3 years with a local property management company. During that time (app 2016) we had a leak in our shower. The property management company called this guy to fix it and we subsequently received a bill for over $400.00. Assuming this was fixed, we paid it. When the renters moved out, and new ones were scheduled to move in, my husband flew home (2017) to clear out the crawl space and found everything water damaged. We decided to move back, instead. Once we got into the crawl space to investigate, we found that NOTHING, other than a little caulking, had been done. After finding the receipt we called this guy. He remembered being here. He came over, took a look and said we needed a flange, blah, blah, blah and that he would be back on Monday 9:00 to make it right. That was 4 days and 4 unreturned calls ago. Now ask me if I recommend this place.
