as a first time trailer buyer I had little or no off newer trailers. I bought a used trailer here in the middle of January and could not check out all the the fuctions on this rv. they promised every thing would work and was in good shape. when spring came and I could check this rv out there where some small problems with it. when I called them they said bring it in and they would fix it. I was was expecting to have to pay for it since this was 4 months later. within 4 days of droping it off the had it a fixed even some things a had not found myself. they didn't charge me any money at all. I was very pleased with them and would recomend them with a 5 star rating to anyone. thank you so much for the honesty and low pressure sale and service. jerry l.
