All-weather was all-set to install rain gutters and snow breaks on my low angle metal roof. I specifically asked if the gutters were the solution for my roof or would the snow off-load be a problem. "No way" was the answer, " we'll just put snow breaks up". When the snow off-load DID begin tearing the gutters and breaks off, I called to find out what could be done. The answer I received was, " we don't guarantee against ice and snow damage but we could install heat tape."
