i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI do NOT recommend this place to nobody. i bought this gel mattress from them which they said is a great mattress, they gave me the deal without even arguing about it almost half from what was already in sale. Got the mattress home and 2nd night I got all kinds of problems, back neck, my legs and arms were numb, headache same with my husband. I called them to try to get a different mattress or return. The owner is hiding not returning my calls. An employee did call and said that the owner is out in vacation and can't do nothing about the mattress. They called me 2 days later with this message. The owner of the store doesn't want to deal with customer satisfaction all they want is to sell their cheap brand stuff at a high price. This is 4 days ago and I wont be able to get my money back or at least something else. They sell this mattresses that are not brand mattresses at prices that go for the brand and good quality. My mistake was that I went to this place because I was referred by a family member which now has medical problems with this airflow gel system mattress that feels like you sleep on cement, hard as a rock. Research before you buy a mattress and like I said these are cheap brand by kingdom which do not make good quality mattresses. I did my research and found this only after I bought it. I'm thinking now to get legal advice because I have major body aches and pains since sleeping on it. Don't recommend this store to no one.👎
