They charge a late fee of $25 if payment not received within 14 days, and then they say local mail may take as much as 10-14 days and their mail is sent to a lock-box in Denver which could take another 10-14 days - a system designed to force a late payment. Most importantly, calls made after 4:30pm are sent to a voice mail and then messages are not returned.



This month my bank confirmed my payment was mailed within 1 day after receipt by me and yet it took 19 days to get from Colorado Springs to Denver. Hogwash!
