The Staff Wayne and the New Dr Dave are amazing I drive from Aurora I have 2 doggies they take the time with you and answer all your questions and the prices are great.Thank you Wayne and Dr Dave.

I can not say enough good things about this clinic. Staff is totally dedicated, compassionate, educated and tries hard to please. Dr. HANCOCK is very knowledgable, educated and compassionate but does not mess around when it comes to our pets. BTW, Dr. Hancock donates his expertise n years of time to MISSION WOLF outside of Gardner, co. Yes, I have had him become stearn about caring for my pet because i had a weak moment. He was more concerned than my stupid question n making sure I understood. My pet came first. My favorite professional tech is Wayne and he keeps the dynamics of this clinic top notch. I LIKE THIS CLINIC!

Our 3 year old GSD (Jaxson) has been going there ever since he almost died from chronic ear infection medications prescribed at Northwest Clinic. Our 10 year old Chihuahua (Weezer) has had hip surgery and recent emergency abcess surgery. I only trust Dr. Hancock and his staff with my pets. Their compassion, knowledge, personable approach and reasonable costs are exemplary.

If I could give this veterinarian 0 stars, I would. I was warned by my next door neighbor on how rude and unprofessional they were. Well he was right, I have used this vet for 4 years or more and have 4 animals that go regularly for check ups and obviously if they need to be seen. The staff has been very rude to me before in the past, but I blew it off. Yesterday I called for some advice and they told me I need to get my dog in right away, but the soonest they could get him in was the next day at 8am (thought it was an emergency??). I can't explain how rude and unprofessional they were on the phone to me, Wayne the tech and Hannah the receptionist. I would like to clue them in that customer service starts on the phone and at the door. I will never return to the vet and better yet will never refer them out like I have done in the past.

Please please think twice before setting foot in this animal clinic. I have no time to complain about bad service, but the way I was treated by the staff at this hospital was so inexcusable, I have to take the time out of my day to let people know. I have a new puppy, and got his shots at Belcrest because it's close to my home. I asked for an estimate on neutering, the estimate came in the mail at $385, which I thought was a lot for a 5 pound Chihuahua. I called Belcrest for clarification and the receptionist told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like the price. I explained that I think they had something wrong...she told me that was the price for a 40 pound animal... I proceeded to correct her by telling her my dog was not going to get more than 5 pounds. It's not what you say to people, it's how you say it. The staff there treated me like I was a piece of crap. I absolutely hate complaining and totally uncomfortable with doing this, however, there was no excuse for these people making me feel the way they did. There was far more I could go into about the other staff but please just spend your money where your are treated with respect, Belcrest is NOT that place.

The Doctor has a lot of experience but not a good "bed side manner". He was intimidated by my little dog that is a rescue that snaps. Due to his years of experience I kept going there for a few years anyway. a female intern works for him and really bonded with my little dog and she was very smart also so when she started her own practice I moved with her. Wow, the staff turned on me and my dog with a vengeance. You call that compassion?

I have known Dr. Hancock for 14 years, he has always taken personal interest in my fur kids and treated me like family. He has always diagnosed and treated my pets appropriately and with my budget in mind. In my opinion he is one of the best vets in Colorado Springs.

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Dr. Hancock has been my two Labrador's, Tucker and Jazz for six years. He is caring and compassionate. I had always had very good experiences there.

They were able to get me in on same day. The Dr. was carring and helped me to feel better about my dogs isue. The only noted bad thing was one og the front desk person was not curtious on the phone.
