Please please do not take your pets here. If your the owner of a little white dog who got groomed on November 1, I saw Stacy the owner of the shop, brutalized your dog. I heard your dog yelp and watched it with my own eyes as she clipped his nails too short and ignored the dog's cries. Please, these people are cruel, don't go there

Stay away if you care about your pets. Horribly rude and inept employees and clueless owner. Due to multiple complaints, BBB has given the Pet Pawlor an "F" rating. Owner breeds a culture of poor customer service

We took our Shetlie in for a trim and the spa package that we purchased via groupon. He was there for 4 hours and when we showed up to get him he still wasn't finished and they were using clippers on him and shaving him down to nothing. When we told them groomer to stop cutting and expressed our concern she tried to tell us that we told her that we told her to cut half off which we never did and then started crying. We were clearly upset and rightfully so only to have the owner tell us that she "wasn't going to have anymore anger in her shop than what there all ready was" This place is a joke and the owner not only needs a lesson in real grooming but also in customer service. When someone is upset you don't tell them you will not tolerate them being upset. BAD experience!!! Another groomer in the shop knew that we were upset before we even said anything and handed me a coupon and said "here's a coupon for next time if you ever come back." REALLY??? Overall a horrible experience and we will never come back or recommend this place to anyone we know.

We've tried quite a few groomers around the Springs and Pet Pawlor is definitely our favorite! They're the friendliest people and you can tell they really enjoy their job. And the price is much better than other places around here!

I am so grateful for the pet pawlor staff. My dog had been groomed at the "old town pet shop" for many years and then

he became fearful of them. you will have to read the review of that shop to hear details. long story short, i brought my dog right away from the old groomer to pet pawler and he went right in and they were so kind he was not afraid. they groomed him beautifully and said he was no problem at all. they love him and he them. so they will be our new groomer. thank you pet pawler for treating my member of our family with such care and kindness.

They have moved to a great new location that is much nicer. That just ads to the great atmosphere and clean enviroment. You don't even know you are at a dog grooming place, it usually smells better than my kitchen. I have a St. Poodle that looks awesome every time he comes home. They always have him ready in 2-3 hours. And charge way less than any other shop I've been to. The girls are young and friendly, and my dog always leaves happy. I recommend anyone who wants a great grooming expirence for their dog.

The girls there were so friendly. My dog looked wonderful. My dog didnt come home all stressed out like at other groomers. My dog was only there a couple of hours. I will definatly use The Pet Pawlor again.
