Was looking for a mini detail for my truck and lunch. Had a great lunch while waiting for my truck to be cleaned and detailed. Extremely happy with the price, food and job that was done. Truck looks like new inside and out and I walked out full as well.

I have had my truck washed/detailed a few times and never was the service very good. But for the $20 Groupon it was worth it having to remind the staff to clean what they missed. Most recently, though, they broke the mirror on my truck and refused to fix it. After several conversations with management and the owner, Michelle, they are claiming that their staff "is trained properly and would never break anything". Apparently, my mirror was magically broken between the time when I handed them my keys, to the time when I drove out of the parking lot after the wash. Now I am out over $500 for a new side mirror. Never, ever go to the Hub car wash. I should have read the reviews of the other people who have had their vehicles damaged, before I went.

I purchased a combination car wash and meal in June. No mention was made anywhere that the meal is only good for one month. I went back for my meal in July and was told that my meal deal was "Way out of date." The manager acknowledged that it was their error in that they failed to mention or print anywhere that the meal deal expires. The manager tried to cut me a deal by offering a meal at a 50% discount, and then questioned my word when I said that they should cover the meal since this was their error. The manager clearly enjoyed wheeling and dealing, and I hope that he enjoys losing me and my family as customers -- permanently. So, before you go to The Hub, consider whether you want to be smooth talked and ripped off.

Had windshield crack filled and was assured and given verbal guarantee crack would not travel any further across windshield . Crack did travel we went back to get a refund and were given the run around. These people do not stand behind their work would not recommend using their windshield crack repair service.

I had a coupon so I thought I'd give them a try. The concept of the place rather intrigued me. Did a C- job. And I thought it was overpriced.

Update 4/22/11 - the owner and I have reached a agreement and the seat in the jeep will be repaired. I appreciate the gesture.



Took my jeep liberty in on Saturday 4/16/11 for a wash and detail. When the jeep was done and I was summoned to my vehicle I got in to see how well they had done only to find that they had punctured a large hole in to the back of my passenger seat. I made the claim to the manager and he said that he did not know how they would have done that. Talked with the owner this morning 4/18/11 and she said it was not there responsibility. I will never return to that place. They did a crappy job on the cleaning also. Tires rims are just as dirty as they were when I took it in, none of the door jams were cleaned, the windows are streaked. You are glutten for punishment if you take a vehicle there

I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty right away. He took pictures and told me that he would review the surveillance tapes and speak with his employees and promised to call me Monday before 11 am after speaking to ownership. He failed to call so I call and spoke with him at which time he said that they were not responsible for the damage. I spoke with Michelle and she basically said the same thing and would not take any responsibility for the damage done to my jeep. At that time she also stated that she would also review the surveillance tapes and speak with employees and call me on Tuesday. She also did not call. Shows me how concerned this business is to the customer. My suggestion would be to never go to this place!!!!

I purchased a coupon from a website discount place, and tried the Hub on Forest Hill Road for the first time. I have to say, I had a wonderful experience. The food was very good, I tried a cactus burrito with homemade green chile and must say it is one of the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Its set back a half block from Garden of the Gods Road, so I couldn't see it behind Discount time but its there and a neat building. My car was very clean and neat when it was returned to me. I had a great experience and will return.

Friendly staff, rather quick considering what they have to do. Got the full service which cost $175 and noticed that there were some details overlooked, a few spots on the outside not taken care of, the edges of the carpet on the inside were still a little dirty and whatever interior cleaner they used was a little greasy, hoping it will dry. Biggest complaint, they didn't roll down the windows to clean the top edge that engages into the weather stripping. Besides the fact that you can eat lunch there while they clean your car, I wouldn't recommend the place.
