We've spent two weeks trying to sell my car to other dealerships. First offered $2K and cited hail damage as the reason for the underbid. Fixed the hail. Second place offered $2K again, saying the miles were too high, both KBB "partners." Springs Automotive Group took the instant cash offer from KBB and almost matched it! $4400! He also took the time to explain what he had found on the car that would need reconditioning to resell the car and reassured me the car was in beautiful shape. I knew that. Didn't want to sell the car, but such is life.
