DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I scheduled an advance payment over the phone with them yesterday for Friday (payday)... she ran it last night. Not only is the account overdrawn now, but we are facing a nightmare as all the small purchases we've made over the past few days switch from "pending"... not to mention the daily bank OD fees. I have NEVER scheduled future payments before, do to a fear of this happening. All the assurances about laws and regulations are a load of you-know-what! I do not know how we're going to get through the next couple of days... and to add to it, they won't even open for a couple more hours! I was forced to give them a star... you can't review without giving them at least one.
