This is an upscale facility. They offer great amenities. The food is served regularly and is always healthy. The activities are always fun and they keep me social. The facility is absolutely gorgeous.

These facilities are great. They cared for my mother as if she was family. They worked with her medicare which made it extremely affordable. I will recommend to my friends and family.

This is an excellent facility. I would recommend it! They have wonderful staff, fun activities, and beautiful decor.

I went there thought wood be wonderfull but was worst place ever head nurse rude like u dont like disabled poeple and thinks better than all and wood not give much food wood not give seconds and and other poeple said they will make your life hell and it wasmake your family go else where im very sick wood rather die in street than be there

My mother recently left point of the pines and I advise you to keep your family away from there!! With the exception of a couple of CNAS that work there the staff is rude , judgmental and uncooperative when you need help. They have no compassion for their residents or the residents families . The director Tina is especially rude , unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with!! They also have problems with residents belongings and narcotic medications " mysteriously disappearing".Point of The Pines is the most unprofessional , rude and disgraceful facility I have ever dealt with. If I were you I would avoid even considering them for your family member!!
