TINA COX IS A SLUT WORKING AT PIKES PEAK HARLEY DAVIDSON

Do anything to avoid this place. Paid 2000 over MSRP. Harley parts are expensive to begin with, the last thing anyone needs is for these guys to take an aready expensive motorcycle, with plenty of profit involved for all involved, and then mark it up a rediculous amount. They take advantage of people who have not had much experience with buying motorcycles, and really ream them over. They think they can get away with it because they are the only dealer in Colorado Springs, but people will eventually wise up. Parts are way overpriced too. For example, a part listed in the HD catalogue for 214 dollars they charge over 260 for. Crooks!!

Horrible attitudes. Commission only driven, they do not car a lick about the customer. Tried to sell me a new bike with a dent in the tank without telling me...I noticed it very late in the neg. 2k over MSRP only! Basically if you like dealing with jackass's the this is your place to go!

These guys sold me a used bike and everything on the bike indicated it was an Ultra. They never once mentioned it wasnt, tha it was a converted standard. They admited they knew it was later wehn I confronted them. There service department is even worse. They were suppose to have performed an extensive inspection on the bike and they could not even find the basic stuff. They replaced my running light/indicator blub with a single filiment blub and never even checked it. There is no way it could have worked.I finally gave up and take my bike all the way to Denver for service and have complained to Harley Corp.They are deliberately misleading at best and fradulant at worst.Their service department is incompetent and they failed to fix things correctly or identify issues that are potentially dangerous to the rider.I would rate them lower but there are no negative stars

Even for being the only HD dealer for 60 miles in any direction, many people will still go to Pueblo for service. Rotten attitude and 'clique-ish' personnel, that can't even be trusted to return a phone call.

Three times I have needed easy to find parts, and three times they have told me that they have to order the parts and would get them in 7 to 10 days, F^^^ that I order from DennisKirk.com and get stuff in like 2 days. If I need any thing Harley I will go elsewhere. Their Bikes are over priced too.

I was very disappointed with the service and the selection. They had no clothing for women available in sizes above XL. I do not think that they want big girls wearing their clothing!!!!! Plus the sales girls didn't even bother to try and help but went straight to the skinny as a rale girls. I would not recommend going to this store at all!!

I have had nothing but BAD service from this place. I live in Colo Springs so I thought I would take my business local. WRONG! It began in 2007 when I planned to purchase a 07 street glide. They only had 06's on the floor but 07's were out in Denver and Pueblo. I spoke with them and they would not work with me. They wanted more for the 06 than Mile High wanted for an 07. On June 2, 2011 I thought I would try again so I went to look around. Inside they had 2 2011 street glides for MSRP plus stuff. Outside they had a 2009 with 6k miles and a 2010. They wanted $19,995 for the 09 and $20,995 for the 10. The MSRP on a 2011 vivid black is only $18,995. I asked the sales person why this dealership does not want to make deals. I told him that is is the worst HD dealership I have ever been to. He, the sales person, who gets paid by Pikes Peak said "I hear that alot" It is very sad to me. I take my business to Pueblo or Denver, even if I need a nut. I recommend passing this place and hit the gas

They treat you nice as long as you give them money..salesmen are like used car salesmen. All they want to do is get you in the office with the salesmanager for high pressure tactics. They wont be straightforward about pricing until then. Go to Mile High Harley in Aurora instead.

The people are not that friendly....very superficial. Better service and friendlier at American Motorcycle and Outpost HD in Pueblo.
