We came up from Albuquerque. John worked with by email and phone. He was easy to work with and was very informative. Great experience and I would come back again.

Kacey was awesome, professional and quick to reply. I was very impressed with how timely and helpful he was with everything we asked of him, never did we once have to wait on anything and all our questions were answered within just a few minutes. We made our decision and purchased two vehicles within a matter of a few days!

I had a wonderful experience here. The salesmen who helped my friend and I was Blake. He was very respectful and very understanding of the situation. My friend was the one buying the car, but Blake still acknowledged me and asked my opinions and didn't just ignore me as I find a lot of men working at dealerships do to women. He never once seemed frustrated even though my friend was being a pain and didn't know what he wanted. Blake was able to work out an amazing deal and the entire process was as painless as car buying could be. Everyone in the building was nice, they all said hi to me and offered me water when I was waiting. My experience here was amazing, and I will definitely return. I highly recommend everyone I know to this dealership, and to Blake specifically. I felt no pressure working with him, and that'd rare in a car salesmen.

Blake was a joy to work with. He introduced himself. He was honest about each individual car & he listened to what I wanted. He gave great customer service- the kind of service you don't get anymore. I hope he is recognized for his great service.

We are new to Colorado Springs and stopped by just to look at vehicles. Jackson was so pleasant to work with that we drove off with a new truck. He listened to what I was needing/wanting in a vehicle. Pleasant experience.

While I cannot speak for Sales experience. I have no complaints from the service side. PPA has kept my NSX running since I moved to the springs. Kudos to Brian and Paul, the new alignment set up so far is much better than my last track set up. I'm not big on 5 stars, but for that, prices would have to drop, I should get a home cooked meal, and some of those old NSX posters on the wall. :-) Cheers!

My wife and I were new to the Denver area, we wanted to get an SUV type vehicle. We found Pikes Peak Acura using the Costco member auto buying program. Our experience was very pleasant beginning to end. We got the vehicle we wanted at a very fair price, the customer service we received was very good. As an example, Bruce our sales person noticed some dents in the roof and hood from hail just as we were about ready to pull off the lot. Bruce, without us even asking, gave us a loaner so the dents could be fixed. The repairs were taken care of quickly. We were very impressed with the way we were treated throughout the whole buying process. We are satisfied customers, we would recommend Pikes Peak Acura to anyone looking for an Acura.

I am on a road trip and noticed my car was leaking oil. I still have a long way to go and wanted to make sure all was well with my car. AJ and Brian offered exemplary service by checking my oil filter which was loose and running my car through the car wash. They said their service was complementary and to have a great trip. I feel so happy knowing I will be safe and not have any problems. If I lived here I would be thrilled to bring my car back. Thank you for your kindness Acura!

Just bought a new ILX from Pikes Peak Acura and I couldn't be more satisfied with the sales experience. Michael Prebble, my salesman, was great. Very attentive, listened to my needs, and worked diligently to deliver a premium product to me. The entire dealership worked together very well to make sure I was treated to a professional experience. Definitely consider this dealership if you're in the market for a new or used car.
