The staff, especially Felicia are very helpful in assisting w/ the insurance and payment process. I know nobody likes going to the dentist, but knowing they are doing all they can to keep your money in your pocket and a healthy smile on your face is comforting!

I have been going to this dental office for years. The hygienists are so friendly, the dentists doing a phenomenal job with being thorough but gentle, and the receptionist are always so polite and friendly. This location has the best staff and "sense of family" in the work place I have seen. I am always satisfied with my visits and my mouth feels great after every visit.

The hygienist and Dentist are exceptionally pleasant and professional. They don't pressure you into anything; they just present the facts and allow you to make a decision. My family truly appreciate their service.

It is really hard to work on yourself so this is where I go when I need treatment. They are the best. The doctor is thorough, caring, efficient and very competent.

In the past the dentist often tried to fill cavities without numbing my children. I am not sure if this habit has changed as it was just over a year or two ago. Not a place for children and if they fuss a little they get referred out if they are under 6 years old or to an oral surgeon if it is an extraction. The office could improve by being more patient and empathetic to children.

When I got to my appt I showed up about 15 early to fill out paperwork & stood at the desk for about 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me. When they did they told me to sign in then take a seat, no paperwork or anything, just sign in. I sat for about 10 more mins before getting my paperwork, finished it in about 10, and waited for an hour & 1/2 before they even sat me in a dental chair. Once they took me back I waited another 1/2 an hour before a tech or the dr came in talked to me, they asked me what was wrong so I told them that my jaws were swelling and painful and that i'm constantly on pain medication just to eat without pain. So they finally got the dr who came in and had about 20 things she wanted to bill my insurance for BEFORE looking into my mouth. Then she told me that I had to go and get my wisdom teeth pulled that day, never mind the fact that I had just spent 3 hours in her office, and had no one who could come get me from the other office all the way across town.
