Michael is the best of the best! We met Michael in 2008 when we were looking for a home and he went above and beyond to show us so many houses. I must say we are very picky and hard to please but Michael took it in stride and helped us find what we thought would be our forever home. A few years later we thought we wanted more acreage and Michael showed us more homes and even though we did not end up purchasing remained in contact with us. In 2021 we decided to move to a warmer climate and of course we called Michael to sell our home because he is absolutely the best. Our home went under contract the 1st weekend for sale and Michael worked very hard to make it a smooth process even with a very demanding buyer. Thank goodness he is very easy going and worked extremely hard as the go between with us and the buyers. He is like family to us! In fact, our son also listed his home with Michael at the same time we did. He answers calls and emails very quickly regardless of the hour or day.

Michael is a superb real estate agent. He earns an A+ for his collaborative approach, maintaining constant communication, and his full engagement with his clients throughout the real estate process. I have worked with Michael as a seller and as a buyer on at least two real estate transactions. I have consulted him on real estate transactions, to which he was not a party and had nothing to gain financially, and he willingly and gladly gave me his honest, thoughtful, and helpful professional advice. He genuinely cares about the financial well-being and personal interests of his clients, and it shows. I would work with Michael on a buying or selling a property without hesitation. He is an exceptional real estate agent and consultant.

Michael Winslow was a family referral and I am very glad that we used his services!!! Michael took the time to understand the needs of our family and also cared about what we wanted out of the sale of our house. Within one day of contacting Michael he came to meet us and I knew he was our guy. We listened to the few recommendations that he put before us, took action on those recommendations, and within a week or two had our house listed in the time-frame that we wanted to sell.

Due to an extremely good market our house went into an option period almost immediately and from there Michael guided us the whole way. We talked nearly every day together and he taught my Wife and I many things as we had never been through the selling process before.

Michael was so great to work with! When we purchased our home in 2008, he helped us to find just the right place! When a military move happened, he helped us to find property managers to watch over the house. Eventually when we were able to sell our home in 2020, he went above and beyond to help us to sell our home for more than we asked. I highly recommend Michael. We had several issues arise during the inspection and VA loan process. We live out of state and thought reading reviews online was a good way to chose the right realtor for the condo we wanted to find. So, based on many outstanding reviews, we called him. From the very first phone call, Michael was very personable as well as professional. We were looking to start our search immediately, and he made himself available to us later that afternoon. I just wanted to take a moment to write this unsolicited letter of appreciation to my realtor Micheal Winslow. If you recognize my name it’s because I wrote a letter of appreciation to Micheal when my husband and I purchased our first home in Fountain, Colorado. Michael was the agent and he made a stressful process easier especially since my husband was deployed for the majority of the process. This meant more legal matters in addition to the regular administrative and financial issues one deals with when purchasing a home. Micheal was there for the entire process and gave his honest opinion on the homes we looked at, the repair cost if any, and educated us on what we really should focus on when purchasing a home. It was enlightening and educational even though we were seasoned home-buyers and educated on the process. To be honest, I fell in love with the home we just sold the moment I set eyes on it. However, at Micheal’s urging I looked at another builder as a comparison to ensure that I didn’t make a hasty decision in a moment of emotion, and because of that I was confident from the time we made an offer to the time we signed the paperwork.
Once my husband and I decided to re-locate, we called Michael to help us with the tasks of selling our home. Again, he discussed market prices, values, and timing, as one would expect with an agent; however, he went above and beyond when helping us negotiate the best price. We were lucky enough to have Mike literally walk into our lives when he got hired to sell the home we were renting at the time.
