Two days ago I would have given Louie's Pizza at this location 5 stars as we have been customers for many years. Now I am an ex-customer.What happened to change my mind? The "take it or leave it," attitude over one lousy pizza and the arrogant refusal by that manager to make things right. The pizza was delivered cold, practically sauce-less, and missing one key ingredient. I called this location and described the problem, expecting that they would replace or give us afull credit on our next order. Refused. They said we could have a $5.00 credit on the next pizza that we ordered. It was then that we decided that there would be no next time. It is telling that their website offers no "contact us" option. I wonder what Mr. S., the owner would think about this. Is this his policy or is this place winging it on their own?

We love their pizza! (and their service!) We have NEVER had a bad or "so-so" pizza at Louie's. We love to order a Pepperoni, Mushroom & Sausage with extra cheese and it always is super delish! They don't skimp on any toppings. Their prices are great and we never order pizza from any other parlor since we found Louie's! ... (thru their special promo at the Radio Shopping Network last year!) Try them, you'll always go back. :-)
