Provided by YP.comSince the switch from Springleaf I have been given the run-around with dealing with my loan. No one seems to know much and when they say they will call back you never get a call. Customer service is poor on their end. 3 weeks so far of calling and being told we will call you back and I have to call back days after is unexceptable.
