Be aware that all high ends salons and even Ulta take back products you are unhappy with if you have a receipt and have barely used them. This salon tries to be high end but doesn't support the same policies. They aren't willing to return the products to producer like other salons. The only reason I didn't post on my facebook page that is nearly 40k and has a lot of locals is that they are local and a small biz and I use to own a biz. I get how hard that can be. But I don't get not putting customers first.

I enjoy being able to take the whole family for services in one place, I was able to get the kids in for great haircuts for back to school , then schedule myself for a facial treatment ! My husband loves his cuts and massages there .
