I wanted to really express my gratitude on how great the customer service was with my experience with this company. I had called around to pest control companies in the area; High Country pest control had lower prices, and appointments available where very accommodating with my schedule. Staff at High country was very pleasant, and then Noah came to treat the problem and was very thourough and effective. My journey to find what fit best for my budget and to resolve my pest problem started off as a headache and ended like I got a little piece of heaven. Thank you, CJM

High Country came out to service my home and showed up on time (which seems to be rare these days). Prices were reasonable and the service was great! they even took time to call me the next day to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely use them in the future.

BUYER BEWARE: This company provided service treatment without positive coordination after active duty military member had moved to next duty station. Billing continued and once contacted by the military member the company refused to reverse the charges. Not only did the company acknowledge that they performed the service without setting up a date and time - they admitted to treating the home for new tenants while charging this already moved active duty member. Shameful!

VERY PROFESSIONAL. SOLVED MY PROBLEM. I HAVE THEM COMING OUT ON A REGULAR BASIS TO KEEP IT THAT WAY.
