I love getting my nails/pedicures done at Helen’s. It’s clean, the people are friendly, their massage chairs are awesome and they do amazing nail art. I’ve been going to Helen’s for eight years because each time is a wonderful experience. Sandy#Good Atmosphere#Expert#Good Service

Visited Helen’s nails for the first time in October per the recommendation from a friend. I received the best pedicure I’ve ever had from Kelly - she spent a solid 10 minutes on the massage and really took an interest in getting to know me. The atmosphere is classy, clean and everyone is extremely friendly. I highly recommend visiting Helen’s nails; I will soon be a regular!

I had a wonderful experience at Helen nails and would like to recommend Ann. She did an amazing job and I was impressed by the quality of her work.

Never ever ever again! I went here for daughter and mommy time.  It was her 8th birthday and I am due to have a baby any day now; so relaxing mommy time was well needed. My daughter's mani/pedi went well.  Although most places I pay 20, they charged me 30$. Suprisingly my pedi went well,  as in the past I have had to get them redone here. But,  this time... It was great. This is were the good times ended.,  and boy did they crash land. For starts the guy who did my nails kept talking about escaping his homeland,  how crazy people were,  people eating people,  and all sorts of mess about how they need to move away from CO because of bad friend... Etc.  Not the topic I am looking to hear while trying to relax with my 8 year old.  I had to tell her to go sit someplace else, as after trying to change the subject was not working. Second,  he did not give me what I asked for and destroyed my nails. I had nice healthy nails from my pregnancy that I had put a lot of upkeep into.  He cut them off!!  I was in shock! All I wanted was a mani and a thin gel overlay to keep them strong. He cut my healthy natural nails and then began super gluing on fake plastic nails????  Why??? At this point I had to get them fixed,  so he continued,  he drimmeled my poor nail bed,  leaving my nails throbbing,  and I am left with these thick,  huge,  square,  fake looking nails. I wanted flat black,  I got glitter,  I'm not  glitter girl. My natural nails are ruined!  I have big ugly fake nails now and on top of this,  I did not get my mani and I was charged 47$ for these nails I did not ask for!! Nice relaxing happy birthday with my daughter,  nice  relaxing pampering before my hospital stay?  No,  nightmare, sore,  destroyed natural nails ,  bulky ugly fake nails I did not even want,that cost almost 50$ The worst part,  is how do I complain when the cashier is getting up from someone's else's nail job to ring me out?  I'm not going to ruin that ladies experience.  I will never be going back,  not with my child and certainly not with friends.  I will go elsewhere.

I usually get my nails done by DAM. Last weekend I booked pedicures for my entire wedding party and for me to have my nails done again by him. He was running 30 min late for our nail appt which is fine. I ended up paying over $500 + tips for this service. Last night I went to our scheduled appt to have my nails done again and he was running behind again by 30 min, which is also fine, I understand. When the receptionist sat me down at Dam's station he looked upset and wouldn't look at me. I asked what was wrong and hes responded very rudely, "What do u want done" and motioned his hands in a way as to speed me up. I told him I had seen a cute nail design on pinterest and wanted to show him. "He motioned his hands in a forward circle to speed me up again stating, "Hurry up, what do you want". When pinterest pulled up seconds later I showed him what I wanted and he sayd he couldn't do it. Funny - I got up and told him I was leaving (because he was rude) and went to one of the other 100's of salons in town and they did exactly what I wanted done and greeted me with a smile. I will NEVER go back to Helen's nails. I was so hurt about it.

If I could give Helen's Nails 10 Stars, I would. I have been going here for years and love the place. Gwen does my nails and honestly, I won't have anyone else do my nails. But, I also have a hairdresser that I love and won't go to anyone else for my hair either. When you find someone who does a great job, why go anyplace else? I have read some of the more negative reviews and I don't see things the same way. For example, when they are very busy, Gwen, who usually greets people first will ask what they need and then assigns the person to someone. Perhaps unhappy people need more TLC than I need. And for me, I don't need a lot of chit chat. I am happy to just have my nails done and leave. Either way, as far as great quality goes, Helen's Nails provides the better quality than I have seen on other people. If you want absolutely perfect nails, make an appointment with Gwen. Don't just walk in...make and appointment. Good Luck!

I have been going to this nail salon since spring 2011. I can say that the staff there are awesome, besides being knowledgeable about the services they offer, every time I go, they are just awesome to me. No one ever has a bad attitude, the prices are quite reasonable for the quality of services they offer (which is awesome). I realize that some people have had bad experiences, try it again. I promise that you will have an awesome experience. My nail lady Tom is very peculiar about getting things done the way you want them done, as well as being very creative with the type of designs she will draw for you. Oh yeah!!!! awesome at waxing eyebrows, never leaves any hairs and doesn't excessively wax or pluck so you wont have lobster colored skin.

I took my daughter and her friends in for manicures. They all said the ladies were not very nice and were rough. The lady that did my french manicure was not very friendly either. She filed my nails down below my fingertips, the paint is uneven, and all of our polishes are already coming off the next day.
