I worked for them back in 2012. Horrible company ! They will not pay you unless you do like 2 months of working which includes driving out to the middle of nowhere using your own money. I had second job that was paying for this job. The founders were sleazy acting and did not know their "HR" was actually one of their wives. Not a company and would be real surprised if they are still in business or have contracts. Great concept, but horrible leadership that modeled used car salesman instead of therapist. They still owe me about a $1000, but probably would never see it as the company and these folks are broke. I took another position and Director of Senior Community and they can keep that little change they never paid me (they likely need it more than me).



Sorry, I forgot about your place until today and saw a response to something I wrote. I have moved beyond this. I am not a community organizor so I don't know you mean by that or if it some jab at me, but if you don't pay your people and try to hide behind a contract's fine print it usually will catch up with you sooner than later.



As far as holding my hand well lets just say my career, ambitions and success in life has required no hand holding. I could have helped you more than hurt you. COS small-time hustling did not work on me for even a month and I kept two backup jobs because of the vibes I was getting concerned me.



You have a good concept, but poor execution and organizational issues that are simple fixes, but will likely be ignored which will leave your organization vulnerable to losing contracts to more efficient, stable and professional organizations in the future. I admit your organization has given me ideas to discuss with some of my partners in the coming year, both the good (county contracts), but also the bad. Stop replying and fix your contractor issues so people don't take to internet with their frustration.

I like to set the record straight for Louise A. It's strange to me how puerile come to work but complain about everything and also how Janea Barber is a coward and not use her real name in a posting of a review. It also amaze me that someone who had never worked in her life and comes to a job and engage in watching television at work complains about doing work our possess judgement. A stay at home parent that wasn't dilettante to get a college education.

I too used to be a contract behavior therapist with Haven. I love working with that population so I can say I hated my job. However, I received a better job with more pay and benefits! So I turned in my 30 day notice, which the 30 days is so that they can delegate cases. I had 2 cases. Shouldn't take very long, right? Well, I turned in my letter to The office manager, Daunte (COo) and Carlos (CEO) weren't there, somo sent them am email explaining my decision and a copy of the resignation letter. I didn't hear back from them for days, then I get a text message on the day I have a client meeting, a could hours in advance, that I no longer needed to work and thanked me for my service. Very unprofessional. So I was supposed to be paid at the end of the month, which was in a week or so. I was not paid. I kept inquiring about getting paid to no result. Finally, a month and a couple weeks later, I get a check. It bounced!!!! I emailed Brian Gilbert their (CFO), to let them know it bounced and I received no response. I had to call and let them know, and offered to come pick up a new check, and was told it'd be sent out. Here it is 2 months later and I received a second check. Let's hope this one doesn't bounce!! In encourage anyone who works here to not do it. But if you do, don't let it be your sole means of employment!!! Very bad leadership in this company.
